I had a mixed experience at The Ex Capital Hotel. While the rooms were clean and well-decorated, the noise from the hallway and upstairs was quite disruptive during my stay. The location was convenient with easy access to a nearby BTS station and many 7-Eleven stores, which I appreciated.
